When it comes to the HR industry, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expected to be a game-changer, especially in context to recruitment. Why? The analytics, based on historical data, and predictions can eliminate emotions from decision-making systems. The solution is to learn different patterns and create a robust model with machine learning (ML) to support these predictions such that the incurred cost and time for recruiting can be reduced by performing and analyzing large amounts of data in milliseconds. At the forefront of materializing this notion is a Plano, TX-based company, AI Recruiter with its upcoming AI/ML algorithm-based platform.
AI Recruiter’s platform will gather candidate data from multiple sources, analyses and creates different patterns to form a predictable model that will provide quality candidates required for a wide range of job profiles. Its engine will analyze the social and cultural behavioural patterns of the candidate to predict their long-term association with the new organization. Further, the ML will continually evolve to identify and build on patterns that will provide sufficient evidence to select or reject the candidate.
AI Recruiter is one of the first platforms that will analyze candidates through candidate’s social and professional achievements and publications to perform those analyses
“Our mission is to help companies identify quality hires, and increase possibilities to retain new hires through recruitment automation by leveraging AI,thereby reducing time and costs of hiring, increasing employee engagement, and eliminating operational overhead,” says Ajay Amberkar, the Digital transformation board advisor at AI Recruiter.
The platform will use AI to suggest the ideal job description and requirements after learning from different recruitment practices and profiles already in existence. It will be able to analyze candidate profiles for soft and hard skills, personality analysis, sentiment analysis, and performs a comparative analysis between candidates to provide a ranking. “AI Recruiter is one of the first platforms that will analyze candidates through candidate’s social and professional achievements and publications to perform those analyses,” adds Amberkar. The platform’s hiring manager feature will have the ability to selectively send the digital assessment using the provided ranking and highlighted sections for quick yet accurate sorting of candidates. Eventually, the hiring manager can set up the parameters to automatically send the assessment for certain candidates that meet their criteria.
The AI Recruiter platform will be going through seven different processes to gather data and information about the candidate. This process will produce multiple analytical results to provide a weighted percentage for the engine. Factual data is gathered from different sources such as profiles uploaded by a candidate, online publications, videos, and presentations, and digital assessment. Next, the ML algorithm will provide the analysis, including but not limited to profile and fraud anomalies, skills, training, personality, education, and sentiment analysis. Finally, a comparative analysis will be performed on all candidates that meet more than 60 percent of job requirements to build the ranks amongst them—which will be provided to the hiring manager.
Strategically, AI Recruiter will be aligned to be a differentiator or disruptive technology platform in the competitive market. The AI Recruiter team will partner with the company hiring managers and Recruiters to continuously improve the product to provide more benefits to companies and candidates. “AI Recruiter gives a competitive edge, such as transparency in recruiting stages and comparative talent analytics to candidates. This gives hiring managers the ideal job profile creation tool that has predictive analytics in the pre-selection phase,” mentions Amberkar. “Our vision is to commoditize the talent resource pool across the world where specialty resources can work from anywhere and will be compensated with universal currencies to eliminate immigration challenges.”
